Important Note

Registration with PSEB is mandatory for every call center to legally operate in Pakistan.

Call Center Registration Procedure

To register/renew your registration with PSEB as a call center, please follow a simple three-step process:

1. Fill the online registration form and submit for approval.

2. Upon approval, enclose PO/DD with approved form (printed signed and stamped), along with documents. (if any)

3. Send to any PSEB office located in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar and Abbottabad.

Annual Fee Structure for call center registration

Call Center registration certificate issued by PSEB is location specific and is valid only for the location for which it is issued. Separate certificate shall be required for each branch/additional/alternate location.

Annual registration/renewal fee for principal/main office Rs. 20,000/-

Annual registration/Renewal for each branch (if any) Rs. 10,000/-

All payments must be in shape of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Software Export Board.

2. Renewal charges

Once the completed application along with the required documents is received and accepted for processing, it usually takes about 3 working days to process and issue the provisional letter/registration certificate subject to completion of documents.

A physical verification visit of operational call center would be planned on request and after successful verification; a registration certificate will be issued. The verification procedure is repeated at the time of renewal or whenever deemed necessary

Please Note:

First registration will be paid and valid for five years. Renewal of registrations will be awarded for 5 years as well. PSEB will provide registration certificate/NOC in 3 days.

Visitor Timing for New & Renewal of PSEB registration is 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (Monday – Friday)
