Company Registration

To enroll with PSEB as a Registered Member, please follow a simple three-step process:

  1. Download and fill the registration Form.
  2. Attach all required documents as mentioned below.
  3. Enclose the necessary remittances and send to PSEB.

Fee Structure

  1. Registration fee for new applicants Rs. 7,500/-.
  2. Annual fee for Renewal of Registration Rs. 7,500/-.
  3. Arrears @ Rs. 7,500/- per year (if applicable).

Payments can only be made through demand draft / pay order in favor of 'PSEB' (Companies with expired registration exceeding a period of two years should note that a surcharge of Rs 10,000/- will be charged (apart from applicable fee and arrears) upon submission of renewal request).

Documents to be attached

For New Registration

  • Registration Form completed in all respects, duly signed and stamped.
  • Brief company profile on the company letterhead / printed corporate brochure.
  • Necessary Remittances in favor of PSEB (PO/DD only).
  • Visiting Card of key personals (Optional).
  • NTN Certificate.
  • CNIC of all Directors/Shareholders/Partners/Proprietor.
  • Photo Copy of Passport (for Directors/Shareholders/Partners/Proprietor with foreign nationality).
  • Attested copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association including the copy Incorporation Certificate and Form 29, (for Companies only).
  • Attested copy of the Partnership Deed, (for Partnership firms only).
  • Certificate of Registration, Registrar Office certified copy (for registered firms only).
  • Bank Statement of the preceding six months.

OR

  • Bank Account Certificate (In case of new account). (Please note that Bank Statements/Bank Account Certificate on the name of Company/Firm will only be accepted)

For Renewal of Registration

  • Registration Form completed in all respects, duly signed and stamped.
  • Updated brief company profile on the company letterhead / printed corporate brochure.
  • Necessary Remittances in favor of PSEB (DD/PO only).
  • Visiting Card of key personals.

Registration/Renewal Forms Download (Word)

(Once the completed form along with the required documents are received, it usually takes about 6-7 working days to process and issue the registration certificate. The registration certificates are issued with the validity of one year starting from the date of issue).

Visitor Timing for New & Renewal of PSEB registration is 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (Monday – Friday)
