Find new customers at Montreal International Game Summit 2017

Dear PSEB Member,


Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) hereby solicits applications from PSEB member companies to exhibit at Montreal International Game Summit 2017scheduled to be held in Montreal between 11-13 December, 2017.

As per information from the organizers, the event is expected to bring together hundreds of international experts to one of the largest hubs of video game development in the world so that they can share their knowledge with the local and international developers attending the event and that the event would provide opportunities for attendees to meet with experts such as Ian Livingstone (Games Workshop), Amy Hennig (Electronic Arts), Brandon Beck (Riot Games), Marty O’Donnell (Compositor for Halo and Destiny), Ray Musika (Bioware) and many others. The aforementioned event is expected to feature a Business Lounge, where developers can meet publishers looking for new games to buy and service providers can find new clients.

PSEB will be setting up a Pakistan IT Pavilion at Montreal International Game Summit 2017. To motivate PSEB member companies to exhibit, PSEB has decided to offer substantial subsidy on a fully built exhibit space. The shortlisted companies would pay Rs. 170,000/- after availing PSEB subsidy. Companies would be responsible for their representative’s visa, travel, hotel accommodation and all other miscellaneous expenses.

PSEB member IT companies interested in exhibiting at the event are requested to fill out the form available http://pseb.org.pk/images/migs-form-2017.pdf and submit to the undersigned with all requisite attachments by October 23, 2017. Filling out the Survey Form at  http://pseb.org.pk/images/events-feedback-survey.doc is also mandatory to be submitted with the Application Form.

3. Demand draft of Rs. 170,000/- (which includes Rs. 20,000 security deposit) in favor of Pakistan Software Export Board. The demand draft is refundable in case an IT company is not short-listed. The deposit would be non-refundable in case of no-show after selection.

Please note that Rs. 20,000 would be refunded upon submission of tour and leads report after the event as per format provided by PSEB. Hence, net cost for stall space after availing PSEB’s subsidy will be Rs. 150,000.

Find new customers at Pakistan International Trade Fair 2017

Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites applications from PSEB member companies to exhibit at Pakistan International Trade Fair 2017, scheduled to be held at Karachi Expo Centre between 26-29 Oct, 2017. The event is being organized by Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) in collaboration with 190 Chambers & Associations.
 
According to the information submitted by the organizers “PITF 2017 is going to showcase Pakistan’s manufacturers, services industry, traders, small and medium enterprises, other local businesses as well as notable participation from different countries under the umbrella of Foreign Missions in Pakistan, to promote bilateral trade in multiple sectors. The remarkable debut of PITF 2017 will be an ideal platform for the organizations dealing in multi-trade businesses, catering B2B and B2C markets. Participation of Pakistani businesses is expected from every region under specific pavilions. This would be an ideal networking opportunity for all business chambers, associations and its associated members.”
 
The trade fair is expected to have visitors and exhibitors from all industries, including “visitors from more than 20 countries.” The event therefore has the potential to provide PSEB member IT companies excellent opportunity to solicit potential customers from both the local industrialists as well as international customers in addition to the possibility for entering into Joint Ventures andMoU’s. The event has also been endorsed by TDAP and would feature series of high-level investment and bilateral trade conferences and B2B matchmaking events will be organized concurrently alongside the exhibition.
 
PSEB would provide subsidy to selected PSEB member companies having valid PSEB membership for exhibiting at PITF 2017. After availing the subsidy, the shortlisted PSEB member company would pay onlyRs. 30,000 for exhibiting at the event. Filling out the attached Survey Form http://pseb.org.pk/images/events-feedback-survey-gitex.doc is also mandatory to be submitted with the Application Form.
 
You may bring your marketing material such as backdrop, brochures, banners, and standees for effectively marketing your products and services. PSEB representatives would be available at all times at the PSEB Pavilion at the venue of the trade fair.
Your company must have valid PSEB membership to be eligible. Application form and TORs available at  http://pseb.org.pk/images/pitf-form-17.pdf. The duly filled-in application form as well as signed and stamped TORs must be submitted by October 16, 2017 by 4 PM along with the following:

Survey for PSEB Cloud Services

Dear PSEB Member,

Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), in line with its mandate to facilitate IT industry, plans to offer Cloud Computing Services (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS) through key service providers having state-of-the-art Data Centers (compliant to minimum Tier-3 standards) at very economical rates. The objective of this initiative is to facilitate IT companies particularly SMEs who are unable to procure required hardware and software after every 2-3 years to keep their ICT infrastructure technologically updated and to meet their hosting as well data storage requirements.  For the purpose, PSEB solicits the viewpoint of IT companies to avail these service PSEB is conducting a brief survey to assess the exact requirements for the provision of said services. You are requested to fill out this survey form by 27th September, 2017 and help us to better understand your requirements/needs for Cloud Computing Services and to make appropriate arrangement accordingly. After the said assessment, PSEB will process the matter as per PSEB rules/regulations.

Find new customers at International Business Conference and Exhibition

Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites applications from PSEB member companies to exhibit at International Business Conference and Exhibition 2017, scheduled to be held at the Lahore Expo Centre from October 28 to 30, 2017. The event would focus on many major areas including ICT CPEC and Clean Energy.
 
According to organizers, the three-day event is expected to cover 4,000 sq. space with 300+ exhibitions and 200,000+ visitors. The trade fair is expected to feature 15+ participating countries as well as 50 conferences with 200+ national and international speakers. the event would feature series of high-level investment and bilateral trade conferences and B2B matchmaking events will be organized concurrently alongside the exhibition. Exhibiting at IBCE 2017 may potentially provide opportunities to network and solicit potential customers from both the local entities as well as international customers in addition to the possibility of entering into Joint Ventures andMoU’s.
